About Nexion Labs
Built by someone who sold technology for a decade before building it.
Most automation consultants start with the tools and work backward to your problem. We start with your business — and let the right technology follow.
Background
The background that changes how we work.
Before Nexion Labs, I spent over a decade as a B2B technology sales engineer and consultant — working for large corporations in the United States and Canada, responsible for developing business across Latin America, navigating complex buying cycles, and sitting across the table from operations directors, CFOs, and CEOs trying to solve real business problems.
That experience taught me something that most developers never learn: a company's perceived problem is rarely the real problem.
Most vendors take the problem at face value, quote a solution, and deliver it. We operate differently. We work as an integral part of your team, getting close enough to understand the real issue before we write a single line of automation.
A sales team asking for a "better CRM" usually has a data quality problem — not a software problem. A founder asking for "something like what our competitor uses" usually just needs a system built around how they actually operate, not a copy of someone else's process.
Eight years ago I made the transition from selling technology to architecting it, specializing in Airtable and Make.com — and over the last two years, building AI-powered automation into everything we do. But I never stopped thinking like a consultant first and a developer second.
That's the foundation Nexion Labs was built on.
Philosophy
Every business is different.
Your system should be too.
The default in the software world is: here's our platform, now adapt your team to it. We've all seen how that ends — expensive licenses, frustrated employees, and a "solution" that nobody actually uses six months after launch.
We operate from a different belief: technology should fit the way your business works, not force your business to work the way the technology was designed. We don't arrive with a template. We arrive with questions. We map how work actually flows through your organization, where the friction is, and what it's costing you. Only then do we design a system — one your team can use, own, and expand without depending on us forever.
No two implementations we've delivered look the same. That's not a bug — it's the point.
